I purchased the "Operations and Supply Management w Student DVD Rom" textbook (used)but I did not receive the DVD Rom as mentioned in the title. That was disappointing but overall the book is in good condition and mailed within two business days.

Good text with excellent delivery of subject matter. The text does a great job of breaking the topics down into manageable and reasonable sections. Good problems and examples.

I did not receive the product although the money was deducted from my account days after my purchase. I had to wait 30 days (the delivery window specified by the seller) and then an additional 3 days to file my claim. The good news is, I received a notice back from Amazon the same day telling me I would receive a refund within 10 business days. Do no buy from Joker

The delivery speed was great, I received the book within seven days. The book was in tiptop shape. I'm glad I ordered the book when I did.

Fast service. Book received in the condition described in the ad. However, the book was the international version and that was not specified. Recommend, specify version next time. Overall good experience and good vendor.
