Never received the book July 11, 2010 Williams I am unable to give a review since I never received the book from the Amazon seller. The seller never replied to the 3-4 messages that I sent. Plus, Amazon has not replied to the claim that I filed for not receiving the order.
Great. May 24, 2010 M. Bassham (Redlands, CA) This is a great text. It is filled with many errors that could withstand another edition to review. However it gives a very comprehensive review of information systems in contemporary society and abroad.
Worse experience ever online. May 21, 2010 C. Stokes 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I first purchased this book online April 19, 2010. Here it is May 21, 2010 and I still have not received my book. I tried to contact the seller and did not recieve any notification back, so I have since filed a claim with Amazon. This was truly the worst experience I have had shopping online. Although, I have purchased other things from Amazon and received them in a timely matter, I guess this particular seller is just trying to scam people.
Tedious and buzzword laden May 12, 2010 Damon Gray (Washington State) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This book is way overpriced for what it offers. It is a tedious read, not well organized (easy to lose the point), and is laden with buzzwords and insider lingo which makes reading it a chore rather than an interesting experience. The authors utilize long, drawn out sentences to say what could have and should have been said much more succinctly and clearly.
I don't recommend it, and would not have purchased it were it not a required text for a class I am taking.

The book does not go in details.
I would have more precise content and web content for the price
