I like how the book is loose so I can take whatever chapters I need, and not the whole text book. What SUCKS is the access code DOES NOT work!! And what really sucks, I have a quiz to do and this code doesnt work! I have to buy a new access code. MORE MONEY WASTED.

I got the book finally as I mistakenly thought I put my home address as the shipping address but I could not find it. After looking for it for some days, oh, it's sitting in my other mail box!! Awesome! :)

The book was completely new and it was what I ordered. However, the access code did not work for the course compass website. Therefore, I had to spend another $30 to buy the course compass code on the website.
