I paid for expediting shipping and did not receive the textbook for over a week after I had paid. I even contacted Amazon customer service in addition to the seller and the customer service represent were rude and unhelpful. I will never order from this seller or company again. I almost had to drop my class due to this issue

I purchased the book on February 11, 2010 and of today (over 30 days); I have yet to receive the book. I learned that the book was shipped via book rate through the U.S. Mail. However, no tracking or delivery obtained by the shipper. I had to subsequently purchase another book utilizing next day service which the total purchase was much more because classes had already begun.
